I was asked to pick up prescriptions for an elderly gentleman on Friday but the pharmacy did not have any of the medication in so I was asked to return on Monday afternoon. I informed in individual of the situation. All the medication was present on Monday upon my return so picked it up and travelled up the hill towards Headington to drop it off with additional instructions to store some of it in the fridge. The gentleman was very thankful.

Rang up a few regular referrals in the local area and some of them want shopping later in the week whilst others sounded overjoyed as they were finally able to get out of the house for daily walks so wanted to do their own shopping. I informed them that if they required further assistance, to contact Oxford Together in case the situation changed.
