1 GoodGymer made their way to help their local community in Norwich.

I ran to help marshal Eaton Junior Parkrun, where 125 youngsters ran 2 kilometres. It was good to get a dry day for it. The volunteers briefing was given in the form of a fantastic poem by a fellow GoodGymmer Stephen.
