Today featured some terrific joint running and deeding from GoodGym Bristol runners Richard and Alex. After doing Ashton Court parkrun, the two of them ran to Manor Woods Valley to help out at a GoodGym Community Mission, before whizzing off to this mission for Mrs P!

Mrs P needed some help with tidying up a few plants in her garden, and finding some spaces to pot her new pansies. Our two runners made light work of the trimming, cutting back the smaller trees until they were nice and tidy.

They then got to work finding some space for the pansies, which was difficult given that most of Mrs P's pots were waterlogged. Nonetheless, Richard and Alex persevered and found spots for every single one!

After a bit of lawn trimming, and picking up small bits of litter, the terrific twosome decided to head their separate ways. A great end to a day of getting fit and doing good.
