Plant-based Pull-ups

This week on our group run we returned to Luton's hottest Goldenrod hotspot to continue the battle against this prolific plant invader. Previous efforts have definitely left a large hole in the patch and we've divided it in two now so just the conquer bit left to do!

While we pulled stems up from the ground we had a good chat about sources of stress and how we cope with it all. We followed this up with 10 minutes of thorough leg stretching and hip rotation to ensure our legs were stress free before our run back into town.
