Mission

Pasta la vista, baby (plum tomatoes)

I haven't been rained on during a mission for a long time so this was a lovely change!

Mr R's flat was tucked away in a nice, quiet location and he was ready and waiting with a list, his money and a shopping back which he passed over on the end of his walking stick. We talked through his list and I headed to the local Tesco - only two people were queuing in front of me as I think the rain had handily put shoppers off.

I had to tour the one-way system in store twice to find everything on the list but was over the moon to bag the last bag of pasta for Mr R. Red and green grapes and pesto plus the tangerines made for a traffic light focus for puns, but the pun(net) of baby plum tomatoes just took the (ginger nut) biscuit. Another 100% successful shop including chocolate and strawberry ice-creams so Mr R can have even more choice. And they didn't melt in the rain!
