It was a very cold start this morning but it gradually warmed up with the sun.

Liz was on marshalling duties and I was barcode scanning (and trying to persuade people to volunteer!)

The park was looking great this morning, most likely thanks to you Goodgymmmers who had a group run there last week. Tidying everything up in the dark and making it all look spit spot - thank you everyone! I will also mention the memorial rose garden that we spruced up in the summer, it's looking beautiful and I'm sure people visit with remembrance soon approaching.

We are still using the temporary start line, to help the grass establish along the skatepark route. That doesn't seem to effect anyones times as we had 67 PB's today!

As you know I organise the volunteers for Norwich so just let me know if your interested in volunteering and I'll get you on the roster.
