Running through the winds of storm Dudley, we picked up a few fallen wheelie bins and even rescued a man's hat that had blown into the road before we made it to our painting task at the Greenhouse.

We started on a new room at the Greenhouse, giving the walls a lick of fresh white paint before cleaning up and having a deep stretch session to keep all the leg muscles in top condition!
