Sam and Lucy were back for more!

However, when they arrived, Polis informed them that he had the time in the day to do a second coating of paint and actually our services were needed elsewhere.

Polis has big ideas for the Salvation Army Nunhead, to revamp the look, feel and purpose of the space he has. There will be several sessions in the future to help build his vision. 💡

This time what he wanted us to do was to lift and shift items from a first floor room to the room on the ground floor. However, first we needed to create space in the room on the ground floor. We were given instructions and were on our merry way!

There were small and light items to carry and then there were the big, heavy and bulky items to carry in two....even then we used any opportunity to push things on the floor. It was a real upper body workout and had some glimpses of a CrossFit session, but we didn't want to challenge ourselves with running with heavy boxes! 💪😳

There was quite a transformation, but in the end, this is only the start of something bigger! Watch out for more sessions with SA Nunhead!
