We had our second visit to Parvaaz’s new premises this evening.

Last thyme we cut back the hedges, pruned the bushes, moved the lawn and weeded the paving slabs…

This thyme -

  • we snipped the grass with clippers as too dark for the mower;

  • Stripped back the Christmas tree;

  • Shaped the hedges

Treemendous effort by Jen on the tree! She really did give it a good cut back and sides whilst avoiding the neighbours lights

Great to have Jenny join us again after a little break… she was in full swing with the cutters and the squatting routine!

The sound of music

As last weeks mini fitness session went down so well it was repeated again today but this thyme (yep still using it) I used Roxanne instead .. Jen and Sandy squatting on Roxanne and Sut and Jenny on Red Light!

I didn’t actually need to download the tune as Sandy knew all the lyrics already!

Next week our session is on Thursday rather than Monday and we will be meeting at Baylis Park to mark Remembrance Day
