7 GoodGymers made their way 7.0km to help the St. Monica's Day Centre and ABCD-in-Luton in Luton.

Seven runners, led by Sam, went on a run to a closed day centre because I'd mixed up my dates 🙈
Undeterred and being an inventive bunch they calculated that they had enough for one glove each and improvised a plogging run to Wardown park instead.
With plenty of energy to spare, they seem have put it all into torturing a glove based pun. They were really jammin'!
Improvise, Adapt, Overcome at its best, good effort team!
