5 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in Hounslow.

Goodgym gave to me .... a very good reason to run, walk or cycle to get out and give something back to the local community.
Hounslow Foodbox based in Brentford welcome donations of non perishable food and drink items Tues -Fri 10:00-13:00 and Sat 10:00-12:00.
