I joined regular gardening volunteers at Victoria Park this morning. We gave the rose beds a good tidy up - dead-heading, trimming the edges and weeding.
I tried not to disturb the many ladybirds that were resting on the leaves.
Afterwards we had a free drink and a chat at the cafe. A very pleasant start to the day!
