No Rain No Gain!

It was a wet and windy Wednesday, but we went running anyway on a plogging mission around the Town Centre and High Town. We took a break from the rain at the train station to head into the multistorey car park for a workout, first up the steps to the empty 5th floor, and then some out-and-back interval runs in the dry. Nicely warmed up we ventured out into the rain again to finish our circuit and then head home for hot showers!
