2 GoodGymers made their way to help the North Paddington Foodbank in Brent.

Liz and I dropped by for another lovely evening helping pack crates full to the brim with bread, tins, pasta, fruit, veg, drinks, snacks and toiletries, ready to be handed out tomorrow. Some crates for 1 person, some for a family of 8! We also divvied up some of the donations to give to a nearby food bank.
