Never track down
2 GoodGymers made their way to help the Achilles International UK in Islington.

GoodGymers, Katy and Charlie enjoyed the warmer weather this evening as they ran with Achilles International on the track at Paddington Recreation Ground.
Katy ran with Chris, and then joined Ashfaq for a few laps of the track, while Charlie did some tough but fun interval training with Naqi.
We then walked back to Maida Vale station and headed home. Naqi and Ashfaq have an exciting skiing trip to Norway this weekend! And Charlie and Katy are not jealous at all...
