Mr Rock Ham Roll

It was great to help Mrs C again today as she’s recently lost her husband and can’t manage her garden herself.

Today’s task was to try and clear some of the bigger stuff to allow her flowers to grow and open up the garden a bit.

Lots of bush extraction with shears, loppers and bow saw, to clear some space.

All the while I had the feeling that someone next door was watching me and when I checked it was a strange bust in the garden who I decided to name “Mr Rock”!

No sooner had I finished and tidied up when Mrs C kindly appeared with a cup of tea, a ham roll and a hot cross bun for me and we sat and chatted about life and her plans for the garden, once we’ve made this manageable for her again.
