Today, Jo and I were out helping Mrs L fill in a hole left in the garden from a previous pond project.

A very physical task, but look at what a difference 90 mins can do! We moved literally tonnes of soil, a great workout and a great deed for an isolated person. We also had the pleasure of meeting the cat!
