If ever you’re out and about and you see a bunch of lovely people running through the streets of Crewe in red t-shirts, odds on, it’s our gorgeous Goodgym gang out in the community doing some sort of fantastic task to help support our local charities and organisations.

This week was no exception, we were back at the wonderful Motherwell, helping help them with some preparations for their women’s day celebrations.

Before we commenced our task though, we set about our weekly run. This week, we did a nice 3K circular route. It was a lovely chatty run and the weather was good to us (as it usually is on a Goodgym night…. well, at least 9 times out of 10!).

Tonight, we had a lovely task. We had the pleasure of sticking lovely pieces of artwork, drawn by local school children to sheets of paper ready to go on display at the upcoming Women’s Day event. The artwork was a drawing of what made them happy. We had a lovely time with glue, scissors and sticky back plastic (aka, Sellotape!) and had a great fun studying the pictures and reading the children’s comments on the artwork. It was a really lovely task and the bonus was being inside in the warm!

Well done on another amazing task completed! As always, I loved spending the evening with you.

Oodles of love & big squeezy hugs Nicola xxx
