Morning deeds
2 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in Lewisham.

GoodGym runners helped Age UK with shopping for older people. After the temperature check, we picked up the shopping list and a trolley which were prepared for us. We walked around the shop and collected items, then returned to the starting point.
