Visited my 90 year old coach who was in a good chatty mood, keen to know my news and to tell me hers. She told me there had been an episode of confusion during the week, the details were a little hazy but her Husbands urn has been placed in the sitting room to remind her where he is and the family have told her she is not to call the police again. The mind boggles!

I wanted run the 5k home but as soon as I left her road the heavens opened I only managed 1 good km before my nose was so wet my glasses kept slipping off and my shoes started squelching in long wet grass so it turned into more of a “jawlk”.
