On a lovely Sunday morning, three GoodGymers travelled to Sunderland to help at Mowbray Park junior parkrun, one as marshal, one as tail walker and one as run director. Twenty-two energetic young runners powered their way around the course, enthusiastically encouraged by all of the volunteers. There's no better way to start Sunday morning than with a bit of junior parking volunteering.
