Magical Mystery

This week we were back out running around the lovely parks and canal in Solihull, before next week we are back helping the residents of Trinity place.

Chris led the way long, taking us to a new entrance onto the canal network. Once on, it was a lovely flat run, all having a chat as we went. We were all enjoying ourselves so much. We even decided to go a little further to up our KMs for the week.

Once off, it was just a case of running up a small hill (yes, we even managed to do some hill work) and head back to base for a stretch and rehydration

We will be back next week at Trinity close for the 1st time this year, hope to see you there!
