It surely is a Quality night when Two can make a dream come true

Twas an unfortunate one for poor old Brent this eve, where a total of 7 die hards emailed their unexpected absence in the 11th hour. But never to be perturbed and always a task to be completed, the dream team of Adam and Ellie cracked on!!

With long-jump pits left to ruin with leaves, litter and debris galore we set to work, Clean, sweep, rake, repeat. After the Back-RAKING task, there was the all important job of ............. Sand-Angels to be made, which we tackled like champs LOL.

& then......... To the TRACKKKKKK

Sprints, tempo circuits, stretch and reboot. A Mile Time challenge to finish and that's the Mini-Brent Braves clean out of puff. It was cold, it was tough but it was worth it!!!!!
