Community mission

Looking for light switches was driving us up the wall

Obtaining access to the Packington Gallery was easy, armed with the secret entry code. Finding the light switches and plug holes was much more difficult, given the boxes of donated food stacked against the walls. However with the aid of a phone light and some fingers, we eventually succeeded in this first task.

We then got to work sanitising, sweeping, floor-washing and drying, all the time discussing what we'd be up to in the summer, with the possibility of half marathons and ultras actually going ahead this year. When everything was clean and sparkling, Mali continued her training run in a Southerly direction. I walked home, it being a 'rest day' in my training schedule.
