Arrived on time and Mr T was happy to see me, he passed me his shopping list and was sharing the worldathletic championship news with me. He was a bit weak but looked very cheerful. I took his shopping list and off I went to Iceland and Lidl, got all his asked for and walked uphill back and surprised Mr T as he was expecting me to take a bus, perhaps not in GoodGym spirits. A lovely sunny day and i wish Mr T a speedy recovery.
