Unfortunately the lift in Mr T's building wasn't working today, so when I called through on his intercom he had to give me detailed instructions on how to access the building through another door further down the street - unexpectedly when I got to the ground floor lift lobby Mr T was waiting for me, unsure as to whether I'd understood his directions!

Armed once again with his trusty trolley, a key fob to allow myself back in, his now much more familiar list and a pocketful of money, it was off to a very busy Lidl that I went. Much aisle wandering later, I'd got nearly everything on his list and as an added bonus watched a minor commotion kick off next to the herb section (it was clearly getting spicy...). Excitement over, I was soon knocking on Mr T's door having successfully followed the trail of breadcrumbs back to his flat.
