Mr L is unable to get out to the shops due to a long standing injury so has been hugely grateful to all the Goodgym runners who have been assisting him with shopping during Lockdown and beyond.

Evidently well versed from previous GG experience, he had one-shop Lidl list, cash and re-usable bags at the ready so very smooth process! Thankfully the Saturday Lidl queue moved quickly so an efficient mission! Lovely to chat with Mr L too.
