Leg and lung

Ms F needed her usual shopping from her local shop. I shopped for her couple of times in the past so it was easy to find the exact item in the shop for her. As usual was a good leg and lung exercise to walk up on the stairs to her with the water 6ร1.5l in one hand and in the other the shopping bag.
