Ms C is just as resourceful as me when it comes to fixing things around the house. I breezed through the assembly of the clothes line (it came flat packed which I was not expecting!) Then we valiantly tried to fix the toilet seat. Me with a headtorch and Ms C with a screwdriver. In the end we reckon it was faulty though; ordered from China and definitely style over substance. That I had to leave for another day. Highlights were this lovely pair of slippers she lent me while we worked. And then a ginger honey tea from Jamaica. Basically it was a lovely, comfy little task and a break from work. I enjoyed listening to Ms C talk about her family in America.
