4 runners ran 2km along the Kingston Riverbank practicing the new craze of PLOGGING! (Picking up Litter whilst Jogging)

Whilst the residents of Kingston looked on quite bemused from the comfort of their canal boats and bar stools on a Saturday afternoon, we proudly plogged our way along the shore line.

The scenery was gorgeous, the litter was bizarre! Our haul ranged from the usual crisp packets and bottle tops to table legs and boat engine covers!!!

At one of the bushes on the route we found 38 miniature bottles of helium gas. Thankfully they weren't difficult to carry, you could say they were as light as air! (moans )

Thanks for another creative report Nicky and a fun afternoon that had me feeling more purposeful than I would have otherwise Samia and Nik!
