3 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in Sheffield.

First GG Sheffield takeover of the year! We're hoping to make the first weekend of the month a regular GG/Parkrun collaboration, visiting the plentiful different Parkruns in Sheffield.
GG Charlotte called on us to help fill the volunteer roster this week for Castle. Max was timekeeping, Rachel barcode scanning and Sarah marshaling (with assistance from little ones Jack and Amelia).
Harrison and Michelle ran the hilly course with cheers from their fellow GG friends. Michelle wasn't keen to run, but then came in 10th over all and 2nd female! 🏃🏻♀️💨
Good work everybody. Hope to build on today's turn out next month. Put 2 October in your diary and keep an eye on the GG listings 👀
