2 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in Southampton.

Despite the January challenge being over Wilson and Lauren decided to ignore the memo and carry on with Saturday morning parkrun volunteering duties. Wilson had a plan of attack on finish tokens to get the 1100+ runners through as quickly as possible whereas Lauren was back on parkwalker duties. A great morning helping out at Southampton parkrun
