Last night Ana and I used our run to help Ms F get one step closer to returning from hospital.

We met, caught up on our 2020s, and headed up to meet Ms F's neighbour who provided access and showed us what needed to move (a wicker bench, a table, some rugs). We cracked on and quickly had it all done (apart from a tricky recliner chair that wouldn't go through the door, but neighbour didn't think it'd block bed). We enjoyed a view of some London landmarks, and our chat with the neighbour, and then headed off.

Mission accomplished.

(no photo taken so here's a swan or a goose idk)
