Ms S was very grateful for the help. She is recovering from an eye operation so her eye sight isn’t 100% yet. We went through some of the essential features of phone and apps, cleared all the messages etc. I suggested that she should get a larger screen as she struggled to read the messages (even with the largest font). A visit to a shop and see the options will be best for her, she said she will go asap while she has physical help from her brother. She will ask GoodGym again once she has an iPad which pairs with her iPhone. I left just after Eastender started as she watches that daily.
