5 GoodGymers made their way 8km to help the Abbey Community Centre in Brent.

Lizzy, Lee, Samina, Josh and Pete met at Beer and Burger, did a warm-up, jogged 3.5km to the Abbey community centre where we met Jason. He provided us with gloves, rakes, secutters and bags and showed us what to do. We raked all the leaves, collected all the twigs, did some weeding and tidied up the outside area to leave it nice and clear. Well done team. We jogged back 3.5km and had a quick drink in beer and burger. Great job. Nice to see Lizzy and Samina👍. Until next time!
