Tonight’s task saw us back at Trinity Close residents group, helping them in the communal garden. We also welcomed back Fiona, following her foot operation, who walked to the task - well, hopped - hence tonight’s pun!

Once there, we set to work on the flower beds turning over the soil and pulling out any weeds we could find. We even pulled out some of the tree roots as you can see Chris attempting to do in one of the pictures! We won’t be back at this task now until the new year but the residents have been set the task to think of more things we can help with once the winter months are over.

I will also be looking into if they could become Mission Verified, so some of you could go on a Saturday or Sunday to help out while we can’t go as a group.

As we were enjoying chatting to the residents and catching up with Fiona, it meant there wasn’t enough time for a fitness session this week but we will make up for it next week and do one fitness session in each park, in between our litter picks!

Hope to see you then.
