A mission where being tall proved to be an essential ingredient for success, as Ms F needed a curtain wire rehung for her net curtains in her front window, and the only way to do this was to stand on a chair and reach the relevant corners to screw in some new hooks - fortunately she had all the essential items to hand, and we soon had the curtains hanging properly once more.

Once I'd done that, she explained she didn't want her garden bench moved (for now), but could I help her get all the bowls and pots down from above her kitchen cupboards, which did require a bit of reaching, and finally take down her kitchen clock to change the time. All easily done, and a decent test of shoulder mobility and balancing included for free.
