My neighbour is not very IT literate and needed to get copies of some documents sent through to set up the grant for her business in Bath. She currently has to stay home a lot for personal reasons and its hard for her to keep the business going at the best of times -especially difficult at the moment

She's a lovely lady and maintains a little flower garden for us all outside the flats so it was great to be able to help her for once!
