8 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in Newham.

8 heroes descended on Mobile Garden City in the Olympic Park for a Saturday mega mission. This was 3 hours of hard graft in the scorching London heat.
Mobile Garden City have been turning a quiet corner of the Olympic Park into a communal garden and growing space for local residents. And as plants don't grow on concrete or gravel they needed some muscle to put together planters. GoodGym to the rescue - sawing, wheelbarrowing, drilling, hammering. We did all these things and more.
