Helping keey essential workers working at the Twickenham Test Centre

I volunteered at the Twickenham C-19 test centre again. This time I was ensuring essential workers understood how to self administer tests, so were quite anxious so I would make sure they felt reassured about what they need to do and supported before dropping off their tests and ensuring they had completed them correctly.
