Mission

Heavy Nettle Plunder

2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Bristol.

Shreena and I had a lovely morning tackling Ms M’s back garden today.

Without a lawn mower or strimmer to use we agreed to pull up a load of nettles to allow Ms M to hang out her washing without getting stung!

We were also able to clear lots of brambles which were so fiendish that Shreena had opted for a double-glove approach to great effect!

Refreshed by a lovely cup of tea we worked hard for more than two hours which flew by.

There’s more to do here but we were pleased to have made a good start and allow Ms M easier access to her garden and washing line :-)
