Heath and Happiness! My experience of assisting the Hampstead Heath parkrun as Goodgym Barnet volunteer

I assisted as one of the volunteers at Park Run Hampstead. I was scanning, barcodes and finishing tokens using a very clever app from Parkrun. It was so easy and everybody is so grateful to the volunteers. Parkrun seems to make everybody a little bit healthier and happier!
