Health Fest Outreach

The Luton Health Fest brought together all sorts of local organisations involved in physical and mental health.

The GoodGym table decked out with flags and flyers, shone in the Sunshine. We met many organisations, definitely worth partnering with such as those tackling male isolation and loneliness, and dementia support who have offered a dementia awareness workshop to help those doing missions and social visits to older people.

We also met lots of social prescribers who were sent away with bundles of GoodGym flyers to give to people who might benefit from becoming a member of GoodGym.
