Today Gus and I helped Marshall the Hamstead Heath Parkrun. Parkrun is free but does need the support of volunteers. We were assigned the halfway point and spent most of the time encouraging the efforts of the hundreds of people running 5 km. if you’re interested in helping check out this web link. https://volunteer.parkrun.com/how-to-volunteer-at-parkrun No training required.
