What a morning out on the Leicester Half Marathon course! In conditions that can only be described as wetter than a submarine's numberplate we were out helping the smooth "running" of the event.

Jen and Huw were out early getting the signage up in our section from Watermead Park to Red Hill Circle. Then we were joined by Katy and Nicola for some very wet marshalling!

Fantastic to see 1,620 runners splashing their way through our section including GoodGymmers Jimmy, Mel, Daniel, Sheila and Michaela K.

Taking photos wasn't easy in the heavy rain so thanks to Nicola who has kindly provided one once she was safely back in the dry (and one of Huw's backside disappearing off into the distance on two wheels), airing her GG shirt once again!
