Monday is GoodGym day and Team Liverpool showed up in force for a High Intensity Interval Training workout.

On a lovely sunny evening, 13 GoodGymers opened their windows, donned their workout clothes and switched on their laptops. The aim was to get sweaty! And I think we all succeeded.

The 30 minute session incorporated leg, arm and core exercises, at a 40 seconds on, 20 seconds off ratio. Everyone worked super hard, pushing it right until those last few seconds of each interval. Well done team!

Shout out to John for being this week's token man. Where have all the boys gone? Kudos to anyone who can bring them back!

Extra shout out to Emma who once again was on puppy duty during the session and managed to deal with an attention-seeking poop half way through, yet got straight back into the workout once the offending item had been dealt with!

Thanks so much to everyone who is still showing up every Monday. YOU are GoodGym and GoodGym is you.

Coming up: Join us every Saturday night for the weekly "Winner Takes It All" quiz. This week, I'm the Quiz Master so expect some quirky questions! Let me know you're coming by signing-up here. Next week there won't be a fitness session but instead I've set you the "I can run a rainbow" challenge, so get going here.

Stay safe and see you soon x
