Graffiti talk!

Admittedly a bit awkward to write this report about myself, although it was such a great afternoon so wanted to share some of the things we did this afternoon.

I cycled to Shoreditch and met Bablu and some of the artists on Saturday to discuss the topic of mental health and how the natural environments in London really helped me with this. We recorded some of my conversation with Natalia for the film but most of the afternoon we just spent time talking on the topic. We bought a coffee and a small snack from the local bakery and was fortunate enough to learn a bit more about the art that's called Graffiti!

It was so nice to meet this bunch of friendly people so thank you to the team at Trapped in Zone one for the fun afternoon.
