My first job for today was to help Ms M with a few groceries. She had a list and some packaging for me to know what she was after bit didn't hold out much hope that I'd find the more niche items at the local Lidl. She was right. No fancy cakes or frozen fish of the correct species were there present and I made up for a lack of packaged custard tarts with a large one from the bakery. The rest of the list was achieved though so I brought it all back unsure whether this would satisfy Ms M's needs. But I needed not worry as she was happy with all the items I did bring and gave me a cheery smile and thank you. The perfect reward. In this case the bag was most certainly half full (not half empty). I'll go a Lidl further where there is More-issons on offer I help her again.
Didn't get any shopping photos so here is some stunning clematis I found on my way.
