11 GoodGymers made their way 5km to help the Graves parkrun in Sheffield.

We provided 14 out of 25 of the volunteers at Graves parkrun this morning, covering pretty much all the volunteer roles and having a lovely time in the process. Spreading the GoodGym word while helping the community. Wonderful!

A sprint finish in the cycling sense. The whole peloton got the same time. :-/
