2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Ealing.

During August Bank Holiday and another little heatwave, Gosia and I went round to help Ms. S with a few bits and pieces at home. Caring for her brother means her time is somewhat limited, so 4 more hands and some long legs were handy to tackle the contents of some high cupboards in the bedroom. She and her brother needed a bit more space for supplies, so we helped her to review the stuff to determine what could go.

They were both well-travelled, so some of the many suitcases ๐Ÿ’ผ went first (before we'd rescued a wedding photo ๐Ÿ‘ฐ from one, eek!) followed by many years of correspondence from insurers, building societies, Ealing council etc which were extracted ready for secure disposal.

I was mistaken several times for a 'Jim' whilst there... the confusion arose apparently because we both had the word โ€˜Gymโ€™ on our shirts. ๐Ÿ˜‚

We bade farewell to Ms. S and her brother and left to crawl back home in the August heat. ๐Ÿ˜…
